Hi! I'm excited that you're here!

If you're writing picture books and you’re just starting out, perhaps you're struggling with structuring your story, creating a strong character, and making all elements work together so that you feel confident you've written a solid, marketable story.

Or maybe you’ve been writing for a while and have been querying agents or submitting to publishers, but you aren't getting any offers and starting to feel frustrated with the process, wishing you could get help, guidance, and clarity about what's not working....

Yes, I know rejections can be so disheartening, and it's tiring being stuck at the same level for so long, not moving forward fast enough, not getting closer to your goals.... I went through all that struggle and was desperate for help, striving to break the cycle and to finally get a breakthrough.

Maybe you’re having a similar experience right now. But it doesn't have to be that way!

Perhaps it's a matter of honing your craft -- writing a better story, editing more effectively, polishing with confidence…

Or maybe it's a matter of having a better understanding of the publishing business and making wiser decisions.

Quite possibly, it could be both.

What would it mean to you to have guidance, resources, and tools to help you with your craft and publishing business knowledge? Wouldn’t that make a big difference? It’s up to you to decide and take the next step….

What if you made a commitment to improving your writing and as a result, you reached a new level?

What if your publishing dreams started becoming a reality?

It happened to me! It took many years and LOTS of trial and error, heartache, and trying to piece things together from various sources so I could figure out what wasn't working and how to change my trajectory.

But YOU don't have to take the long, winding path I did.... I created this 10-week Picture Book Writing Course to help you build a solid foundation -- from evaluating your story ideas, all the way to sending out submissions to agents and publishers, and all the steps in between.

So many happy graduates are giving the course high praise, and many are already on their way to becoming published authors.

You could be the next success story! Are you ready to commit to your dreams?

I’d be happy to see you in the course!

Who is Rosie J. Pova?

My road to being an award-winning published author wasn't easy.  As a young girl growing up in Bulgaria I developed a passion for writing and was fascinated with the power of words. Writing remained a hobby until 2004 when I revisited my love for writing and began penning children's stories. In the beginning, I was so confused and didn't know where to start. I relied on a community of fellow writers to learn and improve my craft daily. 17 years, 5 agents, and several traditionally published books later I'm here to guide you through the process so you don't make the same mistakes I did.

Rosie is the award-winning author of Sunday Rain (Lantana/Lerner, 2021) featured in The New York Time and Parents magazine, The School of Failure: A Story about Success (Yeehoo Press, 2022) If I Weren't with You (SPORK, an imprint of Clear Fork Publishing, 2017), Hailey Queen Pranking Makes Perfect: The Alien Encounter (SPORK, 2017) and Sarah's Song (SPORK, Fall 2017).
